I’m not sure if it was from being out in the cold this weekend, or from yelling my throat by at the Broncos game (or a bit of both), but I’ve come down with a really bad cold. There was something at work I could not miss, so I had to go in today and will be going back in tomorrow, so I’m going to turn in a bit early instead of blog. Hopefully this isn’t cheating for the NaBloWriMo, but I’ll offer a better post tomorrow – I promise!

Watch Out: 31 Straight Days of Blogging
Yes you’ve heard it right, today I’m going to launch into the seemly impossible task of blogging at least once per day for the month of October.
I’m taking part in NaBloWriMo which commemorates National Blogging Month (who knew!) by committing to blog once each day. With my blogging track recording being as dismal as it’s been over the last few months, I thought this might a good jump-start to getting back to blogging.
What will I blog about – at this point I’m not sure. I’ll try to give an offering in various subjects, mainly offering what modest thoughts I can give to a topic. I simply may react to what’s going on in in the world that day, and look towards starting a conversation on those topics. I would appreciate any participation and encouragement by commenting below. Wish me luck!

If you’re looking at losing 6 minutes of your life forever, check out this video of how to host a Windows 7 Launch Party.
At what point did making this video seem like a good idea?
I love this video: the same video above with some strategically-placed bleeps to make it more “interesting”:
Playing with Disqus
Just a quick note that I’m playing a little with Disqus, which is a new comments system. It looks like it has some pretty cool features, but one of the drawbacks is that it’s basically replaced all of the comments on my blog. I want to apologize for those of you who took the time to comment on my blog. They’re not lost- just hidden right now.
Awesome Wedding Entrance Video
This is floating around the Internets today, and with our wedding still in recent memory, I can’t help but have a vast appreciation (and maybe a little envy) for this:
